Help Welcoming New Members

Hi Everyone 

As you can see by our memberships, we are now over 4,000 and growing by leaps and bounds daily.  One thing the Mod Squad and I can use some help with is welcoming new members as it's proving difficult to keep up.  We'd rather not have anyone join and not be welcomed so if you would, please take the time to post, even a short hello to new members.  It often take a tremendous amount of courage to make that first post and it's important not to leave them dangling in cyberspace.
