Three Roses

Hello, everyone, New members and all!
:heythere:

Here's just a friendly reminder about some guidelines for our posts:

~ Swearing is acceptable in moderation. If it is necessary please use one of these following styles:
   > Type the entire word and let the forum's filter catch it. It will be changed to an asterisk.
   > Button mashing! #/?$&@!!
   > DON'T type the word substituting symbols for some of the letters.

~Name-calling or labeling people is one of the reasons we're all here recovering. It has been done to us, let us not do it to others. Besides being bad for them, it's bad for us and invites negativity into our thoughts.

~ Violence to others is not allowed and, like name-calling, has detrimental effects on us.

We are here to find healthy, functional ways of coping with our symptoms, to research and talk about our symptoms, and to support others in their recovery. Thanks for reading!

Thank you for the reminders.   :)

Thanks for the reminders. I know I tend toward profanity when I feel worked up or passionate, but it's not always helpful to others. The reminders help.
