1) I got going making some new advertising for my business window, on the spur of the moment, feeling motivated  :cheer:

Two good things to look forward to today:

1) I can go over to a friend's and use her bath since she's away for a couple of days

2) Another friend invited me over for afternoon tea and to play board games

I did both those things later, as I'd planned. And they were good.  :)

1) I felt a bit bad physically this morning and had the impulse to do a tiny bit of yoga, which I then did. I hadn't done yoga for months.

2) It was sunny again today (not raining like yesterday) and I was happy because I had about 18 km to cycle.

3) Enjoying seeing all the green grass, leaves etc and the colourful flowers while cycling
Should is
never good,
for me.

1) I enjoyed the sun, although very windy, after a rainy day yesterday
2) went out of the apartment and worked on a new art project
3) bought a summer dress 2 sizes down than I actually am ( I suspect it's a bit big in size - but I'm not complaining)
4) I had a hilarious and bizarre DnD session

1) From yesterday and today - I'm singing mantras to a CD again. Haven't done that for ages. It does me good and gives me joy.

2) from yesterday - I got the news that 2 Little Furries are being brought to me tomorrow. I'm going to look after them for 3 weeks. Little Furries on loan so to speak.  :)

3) Not forcing self to think of third thing.
Should is
never good,
for me.

Blueberry, I am so glad the furry little ones are going well  :cheer:

I need this today, so here I am.

1. I am present and not dissociated today
2. I have a job shadow for a potential job, if it goes well I will have a new job by the end of the day.
3. I didnít force myself to eat. Instead I was kind and did the best that my body could this morning
Happiness turned to me and said - "It is time. It is time you forgive yourself for all of the things you did not become. It is time to exonerate yourself for all the people you couldn't save..Time to accept you don't have to be who you were a year ago. It is time to believe that you're worthy of me"

Such great things, Blueberry  ;D

This was yesterday:

1) Had a helpful and triggering conversation with SA lady that I handled well
2) I asked for help from my SA lady after the anxiety got too big to handle on my own, and she sat with me for a while
3) I went to the gym and worked out for the first time in over 2 weeks - felt great!
4) I met up with a friend and stayed with a tour group despite being in the company of someone else in the group who are not so nice
