Thanks for the update, I'm really glad you have support from your therapist.

You are climbing over the first hurdle, which is to get some insight over how you have been affected. Took me more than a decade to get where you are in a few weeks, very well done.

Might be no need to rush into decisions about work and custody, you seem to be getting so much realisation about things that your best options might be revealed shortly, that sounds like a bad horoscope prediction but I think I know what I mean.....
