I was diagnosed with C-PTSD in adulthood from childhood abuse and neglect. What board is the one for me?

Development of CPTSD in Childhood is the board for you! Most of us aren't diagnosed until long into adulthood because cptsd is a pretty new diagnosis. In fact so new it's not even quite official yet - though it will be soon.

'Child Board' is what our provider or system calls sub-forums so that often adds to the confusion.

Development of CPTSD in Adulthood was added to the forum when mbrs who had been traumatised as adults felt that their experiences and needs were somewhat different from those traumatised in childhood.
