- WELCOME TO OUT OF THE STORM
OOTS members with CPTSD from the UK are needed for the following study: "Exploring the effects of childhood memories of warmth & safeness and self-compassion on trauma-related shame in adults with CPTSD." The data from this study will allow researchers and clinicians in the field to better understand how to support people who feel shame as a result of the trauma they experience. The study is being conducted by Fran Ryan who is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist with the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training & Research, Isis Education Centre, Warneford Hospital, Oxford, UK. For further information and details about registering for the study click on the following link: https://psychiatryoxford.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0oWwOY503QzRdyu If you have any questions, please contact Fran at frances.ryan@stx.ox.ac.uk
