    OOTS is a recovery focused support forum and information website (https://www.outofthestorm.website/) for survivors of complex relational trauma (i.e., repeated emotional/physical/sexual abuse & neglect/abandonment) who suffer from the symptoms of Complex PTSD, also known here as Complex Relational Trauma Response.  The forum is English speaking but members come from all around the world. As of Oct 2nd, 2026 there have been 15,029 registrations by survivors from 86 countries.  There is no cost to join or participate in the forum.   Please note that non-survivors are welcome to read, but not join the forum.
