This umbrella review found that childhood sexual abuse is associated with elevated risks of long-term psychosocial, psychiatric, and physical health outcomes. In particular, there is high-quality evidence for associations between childhood sexual abuse and two psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia and post-traumatic stress disorder) and one psychosocial outcome (substance misuse).
Certainly I've seen quite a lot a/b CSA and PTSD (or more accurately Complex PTSD), and substance abuse, but not schizophrenia.
