Now I've never done anything like this before, but my T mentioned tonight's Full Moon as a great day to release some thoughts, actions that are no longer beneficial to me.
So, continuing to do things differently than I ever have before I am going to do this tonight.
I'm going to write them out....
my fears for the future.. different relationship worries, a quirk or too ;) ... etc.
And imagine what it would be like without any of them.
I can't imagine it is going to hurt :)
