Been a while since I have been here.

I guess it took some time for me to realize the impact? the amount of "crap" I collected from 25 years of marriage to a high conflict person. 

I hope to learn and heal.

It's not until very recently that I've had the courage to realise, acknowledge, and accept just how much impact has been caused. Especially given how distorted our world-view is, in relation to the persistent events of the past.

If I can, allow me to commend your realisation. I trust that things will get better from this point. And I hope that this forum helps along your journey.
