Title: Sorry.
Post by: Bermuda on October 05, 2023, 11:58:31 AM
I am sorry if I upset anyone/everyone, and if I didn't I'm sorry for saying I'm sorry, and if it's the CPTSD making me feel like I upset everyone than maybe we should just keep this up in case it becomes relevant again in the near future.

Sorry.

Sorry. Such a tough word. Song lyrics come to mind for some reason:

"Sorry seems to be the hardest word" (Elton John)

"Sorry is all that you can't say" (Tracy Chapman)

What do you feel you need to say you're sorry for Bermuda?

I feel that way all the time.

And yeah and sorry for the humor but it's not just because I'm Canadian  ;D

Sometimes, oftentimes I really wonder about myself.

Burmuda,

I have no reason to believe you need to apologize to me for anything. But I do know how it feels to believe I need to apologize for everything I say and do. It's part of the package with C-PTSD. My family used to make me apologize to them for every horrible thing they did to me.  It's sick and it's what makes us all like each other so much on this forum.

You are a good person and I can see it in your writing.

I hope you can feel my virtual hug:  :bighug:
