Title: Differentiating emotions and physical sensations
Post by: Blueberry on December 25, 2024, 11:21:09 PM
Today I was able to notice that I was really tired, especially physically but mentally a bit too I think, and at the same time I could clearly feel emotions like joy and happiness, peace. Usually when I'm really tired, I don't feel things like joy at the same time. I think that I usually don't feel much of anything in fact when I'm tired because it's too exhausting to even feel and differentiate emotions.

So this is good progress

Celebrating your small victory with you.
Small victories are helpful for me, like catching a breath before the wave crashes back down.

Wow! That's REALLY good. In terms of osdd and structural dissociation I think it could be seen as not completely having one part take over but being able to co-pilot a bit, which is really huge progress.

Thanks for explaining from an osdd / structural dissociation point of view! :) Now I know I can :cheer: even more at my progress.

Thank you all Kizzie, Aphotic, Maria S, edna for celebrating with me  :grouphug:
