Hello everyone, I use forums to learn about my cptsd and help encourage myself to speak more openly about my abuse so I can continue to heal. I am so very grateful that sites such as this exist.
I use to use another popular site until recently when I got banned for having more than one account And didn't have a good enough excuse for the founder! I understand he is the founder but damit ,I poured my heart and soul to some very caring fellow ptsd sufferers and developed some awesome online friends to have some clown take that away because it's his site! Not sure why this has me so depressed and hyper vigilant! I only have one account on here and hope I can get myself out of this mind frame and continue meeting ppl on here. Thank you for listening.
Welcome! Glad to have you with us.
Welcome, I look forward to your contributions here.
 Welcome. Years and years ago when I was 13 I got banned from a support site and almost 2 decades later sometimes it still upsets me. We all do things. I guess you were just meant to be with us. Welcome!
That is really REPULSIVE of that person sounds like he has a personality disorder. Anyone who is so threatened by an intelligent and insightful person who feels the need to be so destructive sounds personality disordered. There are a lot of people like that on these forums. I feel for you. But just ignore the nasty people and pay attention to those who give you support. The ones that don't probably are so sick in their illness they can't. so don't take it to heart.
Hi Escape - I don't know which forum you were banned from, but most (including OOTS) have guidelines about having more than one account, etc. Typically those who don't abide by the guidelines receive a few warnings before being banned though.
Glad you found your way here, we do try and keep OOTS a safe and respectful site so if you haven't done so, please read through our Guidelines - http://outofthefog.net/C-PTSD/forum/index.php?topic=1616.msg10035#msg10035. Hopefully you will find the info and support here helpful in your recovery.
