Title: Boundaries

I indicated a boundary today and managed to maintain it. Progress, and exhaustion afterwards.

Good for you!!  Learning boundaries help us against revictimization.  They are so hard when you were never taught them as a child.  I'm happy for you!

Thank you guys! It is harder for us to set boundaries in place. It feels like you have to explain yourself (and CPTSD) over and over again and feeling vulnerable doing so, but it is necessary for our own wellbeing I think.
