How wonderful to hear that you are feeling better day by day. Just posting here is a big step so bravo to you :applause:
One thing you may want to do is read through the various threads a little at a time as there's a lot to digest and it can be overwhelming. As Keep Fighting mentioned, Pete Walker's site is also a good site to visit when you are ready. He has CPTSD and is a therapist so he writes from both perspectives. For many of us, he "gets it" - what CPTSD is like from the inside.
When you have a moment please read through the Member Guidelines in this forum and then when you feel ready perhaps you can tell us a little more about your situation. As Flook mentioned, members are warm, welcoming and encouraging so although it can feel intimidating please know that this is a safe haven.
