Are there any good books out there specifically about raising children when you have cptsd?

Hi Kalmer,

I wonder, are you looking for books for yourself or for someone else?

I can only speak for myself but I wonder because as far as I'm aware, and based on what I've learned and experienced first hand, cptsd is most certainly not a personality disorder. They're different on so many levels. Cptsd is a different can of worms so methods developed for personality disorders may not be as helpful in treating cptsd symptoms.
Maybe.

Just in case you haven't seen it already, here's an interesting thread about CPTSD vs. BPD:

Hi Kalmer - if you mean books about parenting when you have Complex PTSD (which is a stress versus personality disorder) there is a new book out - see  here (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1976420261/ref=as_li_qf_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=ouofthfo-20&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=1976420261&linkId=7b7201df9e99304e659e09462bbf65c3).  I haven't read it so can't comment on it but it might be helpful.

Hi Kizzie - thank you for recommending that book, I've read a sample and sadly, it already rings true for me.
