My important realisations about FOO: (1) They are just not nice people
(2) I am glad that I have next to no contact with them
(3) Contact with FOO doesn't do me any good, on the contrary
(4) I am better off without them, to the degree I now am (VVVLC) i.e. I'm not quite ready for NC, though that may come
