I've watched some of Episode 1 today, hope to watch more later.  An interesting docu-series, and free to view for a short period of time.

I watched Episode 2 today (13th February 2021) and it was good.  Two stories, the first was someone who had PTSD from war situations and active service, and the second was a woman who had eating disorders from childhood trauma.  I particularly related to the second story, but the first one was helpful too.
