Hey guys,
I wanted to introduce to you Pia Mellody, if you had not already heard of her work. She is a writer, educator, specialist in childhood trauma, co-dependency, developing boundaries, sexual abuse and more.
I dabbled in her books "Facing Love Addiction" and "The Intimacy Factor," and really wanted to go to the Treatment Facility where she works called The Meadows in Arizona, because I found her work so helpful. I was really happy to find she has free video's on YouTube.
Here's a video of hers on Developing Personal Boundaries I watched tonight. She is so on point, thorough, and insightful, it is incredible. Like I want to watch this video over and over, and take notes until I have it down. We have so much to learn from her, and she really speaks to trauma survivors...I will be watching much more

I just watched the first half, and I too feel like watching again and taking notes. I really like the way she has organized the material. It makes it easy to understand and to remember the basic ideas. This video is super important for me. Thanks, KayFly!
For sure! I have always been a fan of her work. This video is long. I really like the second half. :) I'm really glad that you found this so useful.
