Wow, thanks for the resources.  I am eager to check them out, as I use food as an emotional block between me and my uncomfortable feelings.

Yes, thanks so much Artemis  :thumbup:   Food has been my numbing agent of choice throughout my life and I still struggle with this so some fresh/compassionate perspectives might be helpful. 

Quick question - what do you mean by "counter-culture body positive nutrition program?"
