This site, https://www.eclecticenergies.com/chakras/introduction.php, has information on chakras, and balancing them.

This one http://www.new-synapse.com/aps/wordpress has many interesting articles, some having to do with the more natural side of things. Some info on breath exercises, http://www.new-synapse.com/aps/wordpress/?p=1195

And, of course, you may find something here on our website. :)

Haven't tried adrenal supplements but I take CoQ10 and it helps give me energy. I have an underactive thyroid. Yes, altho I was skeptical about the chakra thing, it did give me immediate relief. I felt the difference right away (up til then I didn't know about chakra work).

Hi echolocation,
I have been trying out natural remedies for quite a while, and since discovering Ignatia have found it a godsend in triggering situations. I carry some in a bottle whenever I go out if feeling stressed, ungrounded etc.  Hope it works for you. I use it in liquid form added to water in drops. Valerian used to be my saviour in really bad ie triggering situations, but now I've switched to Ignatia, although I like Valerian tea sometimes.

I find grounding and visualisation meditation exercises a real help. It makes me feel safer, clearer and more balanced. I am a great believer in chakra work, anything that re-aligns the meridians, and Reiki.

Not really a natural remedy, but I'm taking my T's advice and changed my reading habits (no more Stephen King novels or anything horror-ish!) and no more listening to news stories about horror, violence, fear. And getting to bed early helps.... So that's me for now.  :)

I ran across this today on theanine which is an amino acid found in green tea. It was a small study but found effective for major depression. Just thought I'd mention it here in case it might be helpful for someone.
