Title: progress report
Post by: jamesG.1 on February 25, 2018, 08:22:02 PM
So, I now live in Wales. I have the best flat imaginable and suddenly I have friends all around me. Total change.

Still tapering the meds. Some oddness, but I started during a sensational cold and it was a tad muddy. The improved energy and focus outweigh the occasional panic attack. Odd to have adrenalin back in the system.

Looking back on my journey I'm mainly down to a feeling of bewilderment. It was a rough rough path, but I'm determined to focus on what's ahead this time around. Easier said than done but I'm going to persist.

Now I have to lock down my income and make a life.

Really pleased for you James.

As a Welshman I can say the natives in the south are warm, loyal and generous, apart from the fighty ones who are easy to spot.

I wish you well there.
