Holidays have always been a struggle for me too, until this year. I'm glad you've come, now I've met you.

May I ask if the holidays hold a special place in your heart? Do you enjoy engaging with the holidays as they play out?

I didn't know the acronyms, I admittedly thought you were talking about states at first 🤦�♀️😬, thank you for elaborating.

I can relate to generational dysfunction and having it cease to continue after oneself. If there's no villain in your story, there's no need to make any, we are all human; I'd venture to say you are the hero in your life though, you are here after all.

MommaDew I avoided support groups for years because of possibilities in the vulnerability, I've only just realized that while something bad Could happen from here; things much more beautiful are far more likely to happen, as we are all hopefully here with the likeness of mind to find community, acceptance, help, etc.

Listen to your intuition, your gut, caution is generally warranted with everything right? 😊 Glad you're here.
