Someone asked about the names golds and greens - it comes from a beautiful song by Allison Russell called Nightflyer. I changed it a bit. It also reminds me of the gold/green colour of spring trees.

I made it! Phew!

This is a big step for me to reach out for community and connection. I'm happy I'm doing it. It's been a looong time. I'm starting EMDR (after many years of other types of therapy) and know it will be activating for me. I don't want to be alone in my experience of trauma symptoms anymore. Thanks for starting this group, thanks to everyone for showing up. We are better together
