I am so glad I found this website. Always felt so alone and disconnected from the rest of "people".
Never really fit in.
Reading some articles it's so relieving to see others that feel the same way I do.
Like the planet you were carrying just kind of dropped off your shoulders.

Diagnosis c-ptsd and anxiety issues.
From a friend who used their GI bill to be a phycologist/something or other.
Panic attack happened and thankfully they had been working in crisis care and knew what to do.
Guess that was just the lovely little tip of the iceberg though.

Just when things in life start to level out this whole thing pops up.

Long term childhood abuse. What a nightmare.
Physically, emotionally, and neglect.
Don't like to talk about it.

Guess this whole thing makes me nervous and suspicious.
But I am told that is part of the problem.
