Everyone has their reasons to be stressed or anxious, and only they know why. I read an article about depression and insecure people who don't believe in themselves, etc. That article said that all our problems come from our childhood. I'm also an insecure person, and I have a lot of stress at work and personal life. Last year, I bought a weed from medical mj IL dispensary just to try it because one of my friends said it could help me deal with my stress and anxiety. It really helped. Since then, I smoke weed at least twice a week to relax and forget about all my life problems.

I tried many different medications, including Mirtazapine, but it didn't bring me any results. I got depressed around the age of 16 due to being abused at school. This left a significant mark on my life and added a few complexes. I realized that it was only in my head, and I had to get rid of it myself, but it didn't work out until I tried using marijuana from * for these purposes. It was medical marijuana, and I can say that it helps clear your mind and focus on the problems that sit deep inside your head. No drug has been able to help me as well as marijuana did.

Frustrated? Set Backs? / Re: overloaded and stressed
March 29, 2021, 02:00:06 PM
My experience of the impact of stress on health is very sad. On the part of the digestive system: complete loss of appetite, nausea, irritable bowel syndrome (diarrhea, bloating, spastic pain), intolerance to many foods, as with gastritis, lactose intolerance (but it may not have been woken up by stress, some relatives also did not eat dairy products), stone-free cholecystitis, poor absorption of nutrients from food. From the nervous system: daily headaches, sometimes several times a day, woke up at night and shook, threw in a sweat (bed had to be changed and clothes), froze (in the summer at +40 wool sweater and pants with a fleece), sleep disorders (constantly woke up, fell asleep poorly due to anxiety, shallow sleep, lack of deep sleep), PMS with anxiety, fever and nausea, back pain, just constant background anxiety, panic attacks, mixed anxiety-depressive disorder, fears, flashbacks, obsessive fears, fear of getting sick, fear that someone will get sick, and so on, a very acute reaction to any stress, goosebumps waves through the body for no reason. In general, in the last two years, the condition has deteriorated significantly, and I was able to cope with it only 6 months ago. I decided to try to buy a heavy blanket https://sommio.co.uk/ , according to reviews, it helped to fight insomnia and stress. I am extremely glad that I made this decision because it was my salvation . I hope that my experience was useful for you!

Medication / Re: CBD. Yea or Nay
March 25, 2021, 06:05:01 PM
Personally, I have not experienced any dependence on taking CBD. I have been taking it for 5 years as a cure for panic attacks, but I take breaks in order to maintain the effectiveness of the drug. You also need to monitor the dosage because exceeding it can cause unpleasant symptoms. I learned about CBD from a friend who took it to treat headaches and he advised me to look at the CBD Oil King website because there are many different types of it in any dosage, the main thing is to choose the right one. So I can advise everyone to try taking CBD as a medicine if you need it.

Thank you for your thoughts, I also had a feeling that I was doing something wrong  :fallingbricks: when I used marijuana for medical purposes.

Sleep Issues / Re: Insomnia and Nightmares
November 29, 2020, 10:24:33 AM
I'm really sorry that you have to struggle with insomnia and nightmares. How are you feeling right now? I think I have a relapse of insomnia and panic attacks...I know for myself how difficult this period is but I try not to forget that this will end. Personally, I was helped by a psychologist and some pills( I will not name them because this is a quite dangerous medication). The most difficult moment in my treatment was the realization that I can't sleep without weed and that it's definitely time to change something.  These were really hard times for me and my health.

This happens to me especially often because I like to drink too much and it is bad for subsequent events. I have been looking for an answer to the question how to stop drinking alcohol for a long time but I didn't find anything useful because half of the country suffers from this kind of addiction and no one wants to get rid of it. I tried to convince myself otherwise but so far without much success. My wife advised me to go to a clinic that helps with such problems. I'm not sure about this scenario, but it's worth a try, which is why I wish us all the best of luck!

You can try CBD gummies or oil. It will definitely help you to have a deep sleep.
