I'm not quite sure how to navigate this site so I'll just take a shot & start here.  Please feel free to redirect me

I'm a female in her 60's & am finally realizing what my childhood has done to me.  I knew that it definitely affected me negatively but did not know how drastically.  In every way.

In the last couple of years, I have been experiences moments of dissociation & recently, an entire morning.  That was a first and it was so frightening.  However, it is what has brought me here.

This is the beginning of my healing journey.
