Just found this group. I've been diagnosed with C-PTSD for a long time now ; the C-PTSD beginning from an abusive upbringing against the backdrop of the Northern Ireland Troubles. Just wanted to say hi. It's also my birthday today - one of those where your bucket list keeps getting fuller and your time to get through it shorter. Hey ho.
