I am only a new member.

What I have been able to achieve in my journey in a few (short) posts is .... there are no words I know to express the steps I have made.

I feel overwhelmed at times reading the posts of others. Yet there are other members always there, always encouraging. I salute you.

It's amazing what being able to speak (write) about things you've probably kept to yourself with peers who get it can be isn't it?!  Glad you're finding posting and support from members are helpful

It's such a huge difference to feel there are others who'll be there when needed. Thanks for sharing your outlook, too--it helps all of us feel okay, even welcome, to be free to just be ourselves; good/bad, fearful/hopeful, all of it.
