This is a concept that I need you all to understand.However, in order to understand what this means to me, you first need to understand what this concept means.Unfortunately for me, you would first have to feel safe, able and compelled to develop understanding.Prior to that, you would need to know that you don't understand yet - we wouldn't be here.

Hi Mayday and welcome to OOTS.  I don't find myself triggered but more struggling to understand what you're saying. Given this is the introduction area maybe try and explain in plain language what happened to you?
