I am back again. been to the hospital one more time. I hope I can stay at home now.

We hope you can stay too.     We talk a lot here about taking baby steps, especially in the beginning of recovery.  CPTSD is just a lot to deal with. Taking a break, getting the help you need, and then coming back look like healthy self-care and recovery to me!
