Kizzie, I have not been here long but I am so grateful that you have created such a safe haven for all of us. It is truly the first time I felt like I could be safe sharing my story and working through this struggle with other people. That is a huge reflection on the kind of person you are. I have seen nothing but encouragement from you. You seem to have a heart that has such a phenomenal capacity for love, compassion, and just great caring. I am grateful for your kind words, and everything you have helped create here

o, kizzie, i can't say enough good things about you and what you've done by creating this place and space.  your wisdom and vision, your neverending vigilance to keep this a safe space for everyone speaks to the goodness and strength of your heart, your integrity, your caring and concern for the vulnerability of the people who utilize this place.  your leadership skills, your willingness to confront those who threaten what you've created can only be admired.

every day you show your kindness toward and love for your fellow sufferers.  by your actions, you have demonstrated that this c-ptsd beast can be overcome. giving hope to everyone who has doubted.  thank you, dear kizzie, with everlasting gratitude.   i wouldn't be where i am today without this forum that exists because of you.  you are a sweetheart to the nth degree.

OMG, I am having a serious "Aw shucks" moment lol.  Thank you Wife#2, San and Elphanigh, you are truly kind and have touched my heart deeply

Pete Walker wrote that one silver lining is the people we are because of our CPTSD and that still rings true for me since I read it a few years back.  I have met and continue to meet so many people here with incredible courage, heart, wisdom and substance that frankly I am honoured to belong to this community.  I wish none of us needed to be here, but I am a much better person for knowing each and every one of you here.

OK, bring it on in for a big group hug!   :bighug:

Thank you so much for creating this space, kizzie! And I love your Avatar. I'm not feeling able to characterise at the moment, so can't say more about what I appreciate about you. Just .
