This woman is a living legend. Her background...severe abuse in religious FOO. Though she doesnt use the term cptsd it is clearly relevant.... her books are hilarious, and just amazing in so many ways. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Books by Robert Scaer.

He seems lesser known than Levine and Van der thingumyjig.... but I found his books to be highly readable and very helpful indeed. Also spoke to him on the phone...lovely lovely man.
