Hi All 

As many of you know OOTS (and our sister site OOTF) were down yesterday.  It was a problem with our ISP which obviously has been resolved now.   It doesn't happen often, just occasionally. However, if/when it does, please know you can alert me by emailing our general address OOTSManager@gmail.com. That way I can get to work on resolving the problem ASAP.
