My mother doesn't know I have a new T

I have only been in two sessions, but I think she is good. I hope she helps me. I didn't tell anything to my mom because she always messes things up. She makes sure she is in control of everything: where I go, with whom I speak... I feel traped. This way, I feel more safe. My brother doesn't approve my behaviour, but i don't care, I'm not gonna tell my mom about my new T. I think this is some kind of rebel spirit I have left... there are few things I can do to feel more free, and this is one of them. I hope it helps. Has anyone gonw through something similar? Having to hide something from your parents?
