  I used covid to minimize contact and went fully no contact okt 2020. Surprisingly the most difficult thing has been to deal with society. Professionals and others keep undermining my resolve, like they think 'this phase of his will pass'. Forgiveness and understanding are implied but to me feel like betrayal...
