i have been away for so long, struggling with bad stuff, but i am trying to re-engage here and to re-engage with recovery... not quite sure how far i will get, as i think i have a lot of ground to make up.  and no support really while i try and do it.  anyway, i am going to give it a go, gently, so hi all, nice to see u again...
