I'm new here.  Not really sure what to say.  I'm soon to be 47 omg can that really be???  I've been in therapy going on ten years now, that doesn't seem possible either. I've covered a lot of ground there but still need to work on some trauma issues.  Hoping to make some new friends here, as I don't have many in real life.
