Hi Twinkletoes, Been reading your blog and looking at the pics. Is that latest illustration by you? It's pretty powerful. Know the feeling 

It's nice and clearly written, easy to read. I can relate to the importance of writing this down, how it can help make sense of the therapy and the therapist, work out what is working and what may not be.... After all, who else can we talk to about it?

It reminds me of my own therapy diary - which has many chapters - only one of which has been published online. Was thinking either an e-book or blog (with names changed). Still undecided. My biggest worry being that my identity might accidentally slip out. Good for you, taking that brave step to publish and share with the world, educate them!!
