This makes so much sense now. I'm totally the same way. I'm a huge introvert, and when I go out I rather go out by myself. I tend to get overwhelmed and want control over the situation. Like if I go to a party I always drive myself incase I want to leave. Connecting the dots.. 

Hi PPS.   I have experienced a lot of what you describe.   My T last year said it was because I'm a HSP (highly sensitive person).
