I suffered abuse from a personality disordered  and alcoholic "FOO". I am here to express my good days and difficult days.  So it's nice to meet you all.

I guess THIS is where I am supposed to post. I have posted a few but have not received any replies.    Anyway , I am the survivor of Narcissistic abuse and that is why I am on this forum.  Narcissistic abuse causes the exact symptoms of CPTSD mentioned on this forum. Many roads one journey.  I have found youtube really helpful in connecting with others on the Narcissists in my life and this forum OOTS seems to be a good place to share common experiences after having been abused by a pathological -personality disordered person.  So, Glad I'm here. And a shout out to all of us who had to grow in a personality disordered environment.  It's *.

Here is the place most people introduce themselves alchemist so I merged your two posts.  Nice to meet you too     My FOO had/have NPD and my F was an alcoholic so I have much the same past as you, lots of us do unfortunately so you'll find quite a few post and info that resonate I'm sure.
