Getting real
« on: January 24, 2019, 11:45:52 PM »
Hey.
Had an epiphany today.

My ex employer has finally put forward their reasons for giving me cptsd.

And they are laughably mundane.

Its like the werewolf of nightmare turns out to be bagpuss.

But
They want to fight me through the courts.

Wow, this is going to be so far from their comfort zone.

Its getting to the real stuff, and I'm so keen to fight it out, even I'm taken aback.

I think I am acting out, in a flashback, something.

Anything that feels so right is probably a symptom of something.

I try to be wary of powerful emotions, but this feels great, today at least.

Not so great today...

No sleep for couple of days. Earlier a third of one of my molars cracked off, too much teeth grinding I'd say.

Haven't been this worked up in a while, its all gone a bit crazy in my head.

Its such an overwhelming feeling, I'd forgotten how intense distress can get sometimes, its like I can hardly move but inside it feels like I'm doing a parachute jump, and I don't like heights!

Oh well.

I grind my teeth while sleeping, so I buy the OTC nightguards you can form yourself. I go through one every few months, grind them to bits. If you want more info about them, let me know.

I'm sorry you're struggling right now. I hope things ease up for you soon!
