I'm the opposite, I really have difficulty falling asleep, even with a mild sleeping pill (have also tried more exercise, and melatonin and tryptophan).

My sleep specialist (for sleep apnea) has signed me up for online CBTi with a sleep psychiatrist (who knew there was such a thing?) in the US (I'm in Canada) and it's paid for by my provincial health insurance.   :cheer:

I'd heard of CBT but never CBTi and have since read good things about. I don't know when I will start, but when I do I'll make sure to post about it.

Exercise keep me sane.  :cheer:  It helps fight the insomnia, keeps my anxiety/panic attacks down, and helps my appetite. I totally agree that it helps regulate dopamine and serotonin  levels.
