Most mornings as I type away on my laptop in my office, a parade of quail march across the lawn out front in single file going one way and then at night they walk single file along the fence in our back yard going the other.   :Idunno:

There  are usually 20+ of them so it's quite funny to watch.  I will miss these silly little birds with their fascinator hats when we move.

Hahaha, wow, that sounds like quite something. I wonder what they are up to every day?

I'm sure your new place will have its own quirks. Hopefully the move isn't too hard on you.

Take care Kizzie! :)

I think they must have a daily route but what they're up to?  :Idunno:

I've tried to get them on video but they spook really easily and run away faster than you'd think birds could run.  Why they don't fly  :Idunno:

Tks for the good wishes on our move  Jazzy

That sounds hilarious! I was hoping for a video too. I remember you linked - what was it exactly? - a beaver herding cows? Or cows herding a beaver?

Kizzie

That video was so Canadian lol -  it was  a herd of cows following a beaver https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7b6sbvPSYbM   Why?  :Idunno:
