3 things, it took a while but I've got there.
:cheer: for persevering and seeing three good things in your day.

OceanStar

Thank you not alone.

Alas... number 2, it rained...

A new number 2:
A friend stopped by to say 'hi'.

Not Alone

1) Nice day and I went for a walk.
2) Validating and encouraging phone conversation with a friend who lives far away.
3) Repair men came early this morning. Now I don't need to be concerned with it interfering with skype therapy session this afternoon.

OceanStar

1. I went for a walk. I didn't want to but I knew it would be good for me and I did it.

2. Dinner, it tasted good.

3. The washing has been done. Washed, dried and put away.

Blueberry

1) I did my Skype teaching this evening, though I didn't want to
2) I had a good therapy session yesterday
3) I had to take one of the Little Furries to the vet's on Wednesday and the vet didn't charge anything
4) I made myself go to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription as well as order something that may help Little Furry
5) Yesterday I made myself clean out Little Furries and once I got going it wasn't so bad. I found myself smoothing out the cloths they sit on so there were no wrinkles, something I never bother about when making my own bed.

My COVID-19 test came back negative.   ;D

I can legally go out for walks, bike rides & drives again. :yahoo:

It's a beautiful, warm(ish) sunny day today - finally :sunny:

1) I phoned a friend today, one with cptsd as well, and we each managed to help the other. We each managed to see what the other couldn't about her own position and how haranguing the self wasn't being useful.
2) After the phone call, I got on with various jobs e.g. I washed a load of dishes, put the washing machine on and then hung the washing out.
3) I also started sorting through Little Furry cloths and vacuuming them before they go in the wash. When I got tired of that, I allowed myself to stop, I didn't push myself to continue.
4) I realise that I have accomplished an awful lot in the past 4 weeks so no wonder I've dropped back a bit in other ways (e.g. self-care and cleaning) but otoh I have re-started

1 Therapy today, I managed to speak and say something I've been holding back for a while. It was so painful but I said it, and it's now out in the open.

2. Sultanas.

3. An unexpected text from a friend.

OceanStar

1. Paint

2. Picnic tea

3.

Only two, my world is tainted with a dark stain I can't see past right now.

Blueberry

OceanStar, two is a lot better than none!

1. A friend brought me some food for Little Furries.
2. Seeing this friend's lovely flower garden - always a delight.
3. Eventually setting this friend a limit nonetheless so I could return to doing more things.
4. Riding my bike in the warm evening.
5. I taught a good lesson today and I have a new potential student.
6. Talking to my Little Furries

OceanStar

1 soft toys

2 moisturiser

3 sunshine

Blueberry

1. I did some EFT today when I really needed it
2. I did a further therapy exercise that I also felt a need to. It's an exercise I can't do very well yet, so that was a further hurdle therefore  :cheer:
3. I did 2 short spells of light garden work as a break from professional work.
4. Both yesterday and today I have done almost all things on my Highly Recommended and Could lists.

Jazzy

1. I slept through the night (only woke to a bad dream, and not even a nightmare once); yay!
2. I was able to listen to music for the first time in a week.
3. My brother asked me to spend some time playing games with him this evening.

OceanStar

1. Indian food

2. Den building

3. The off button on the TV and my phone. Much need.
