Sigh. Rough patch.

Lockdown is starting to push a few stressors at me that are pretty familiar from the past. Classic dilemmas that resemble my own history but which belong to my new life, Elderly relatives, little or no management of stress, some doing too little, some doing too much. Fraught nerves and zero silence or time to recover and all set against the limitations of lockdown. All my coping mechanisms are dead in the water and all my defences are down.

Not sure what to say but I'm concerned that my recovery may be going into reverse.

Well, awareness of the fact you're feeling it is, I think, a good sign. Can you refocus on things that help, or do you need to find other coping skills? I'm finding a lot of comfort in Internal Family Systems, working with inner "parts".
