Hi there
« on: September 10, 2020, 09:22:03 AM »
Hi there.
I have not had an official diagnosis as yet, however a friend asked me about cPTSD and all of a sudden the last 50 years made a bit more sense.
Iíve been reading the blogs and posts and crying a lot. I think it is with relief. Iím not sure.

Thank you so much for being here.

A warm welcome to the forum, Jan Mac! I'm glad you found us  :)

If it's not too much, I'd like to offer you a gentle supportive  since you've been reading on here and are obviously already moved by and reacting to posts. But if that feels in any way 'too much', 'too close' then just ignore it.

Welcome! I can really empathize with your reaction. It's comforting and devastating, at the same time, to realize you're not alone and there's an answer to all your questions. Hoping you find more comfort here.
