Please note that this forum is only for survivors of relational trauma with CPTSD (versus family, friends, etc).

There are many resources here to help you understand relational trauma and Complex PTSD but we ask you to understand that we cannot/should not comment on your relationship with a survivor.  We recommend instead that you read up on CPTSD and then engage a family counselor or mental health professional to help you and your loved one deal with any effects of trauma on your relationship.
