Hi,

I'm new here and am looking forward to reading through some of these posts, getting to know some of you, and look for help & guidance in an effort to resolve my CPTSD. I'm female, in my forties and have been diagnosed with CPTSD arising from childhood neglect and abuse. I grew up in a household with a bunch of narcissists and grew up in the fog of war, as they call it. I've been slowly unraveling the layers of abuse, gaslighting and manipulation that have affected my development, in an effort to fill the one gap in my life that I am missing - building a family of my own. So, please help! Except if you're a troll! Then go away!
