Police unrest

Some of you know I was in law enforcement for 18 years, since finding Dad from suicide, so many things that I experienced and witnessed have been haunting me. All these cop killings and racial issues , riots, have been so triggering. I had four friends to die in the line of duty and that hurt me so bad. Just wondering if this was connected to that. Or some of the violent situations I was involved with. It's hard to put a finger on just what it is. Any thoughts on it?
